John (JR) Herbst

John Robert Herbst, commonly known as JR, is the Chief Executive Officer of Clean Rivers Pacific, LLC. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from Oregon State University and brings over a decade of experience with the United States Environmental Protection Agency to his role. JR's career is marked by a deep commitment to environmental stewardship and community service.

Rooted in Comanche traditions, JR has a profound respect for nature that drives his dedication to environmental protection. His journey began as an Environmental Specialist with the Confederated Tribes of the Coos, Lower Umpqua, and Siuslaw Indians. Now, as the leader of Clean Rivers Pacific, he focuses on commercial, state, and federal projects, striving to make a positive impact while preserving the natural beauty of our surroundings. Under JR's guidance, the team is united by a passion for environmental excellence and community engagement, working together to create a sustainable future for generations to come.

Patricia Davis

Patricia Davis is a trailblazer in advocating for Native American rights and fostering positive relationships between tribal nations and local communities. Raised near the Wind River Indian Reservation and the Crow Nation, Patricia hails from the Comanche Tribe of Oklahoma, which instilled in her a deep understanding of Native American issues from a young age. She pursued her passion for advocacy by earning a bachelor's degree in Indian behavioral studies and pre-law at Fort Lewis College.

With a career spanning decades, Patricia has held various positions including tribal attorney, tribal court judge, and chief judge for multiple tribal courts. Outside of her professional life, she is a dedicated mother of four and a proud grandmother. Patricia enjoys kayaking with her husband, Kevin, and spending quality time with her grandchildren, Caleb and Noah. An accomplished artist and musician, she channels her creativity under the pseudonym Ty Davis. Through her work, Patricia remains committed to honoring her heritage and preserving the rich cultural legacy of Native American tribes.

Nate Clausen

Nathan Clausen, or Nate, is the Chief Operating Officer of Clean Rivers Pacific. With over two decades of experience in construction and project management, Nate brings invaluable expertise to our team. His leadership has consistently delivered exceptional results, overseeing Design/Build projects and managing diverse ventures.

As COO, Nate drives the estimating, design/build, and project management functions within Clean Rivers Pacific. His meticulous approach and strategic insights ensure the smooth operation and successful execution of projects. Before joining Clean Rivers Pacific, Nate served as President of Lighthouse Landscape Inc., leading landscape design and construction projects from inception to completion. He also currently serves as Vice President of Clean Rivers.

 

Nate's commitment to excellence is evident from his tenure as Property Manager at Sause Brothers, where he managed property responsibilities and provided crucial environmental consulting. With a proven track record of leadership and execution, Nate is a cornerstone of Clean Rivers Pacific, guiding our mission to deliver sustainable solutions that enrich communities and uphold our commitment to environmental stewardship.
